What is quality?
There are a lot of receivers out there; stamped, forged, made in some third world country. If you’re going to invest in one, why not get a quality receiver? Why not get an aerospace quality receiver made in Kalispell, Montana, USA.
We are the only manufacturer that builds receivers to mil-spec standards by a Service-Disabled Vietnam Veteran in an facility that employs an AS9100 and ISO 9001:2000 quality standard. He knows what reliability means for someone in the field.
Inspection
Receivers are visually and mechanically inspected tolerances are in conformance. Dimensional check by request.
Warranty & Return Policy
LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY SI Defense, Inc. firearms, parts or products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship to the initial purchaser for a period of three years. SI Defense will remedy any such defect of which SI Defense, Inc. is given written notice. The liability of SI Defense, Inc. under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm, part or product or defect at its discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the firearm, parts or product to owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable. Modification of any SI Defense, Inc. firearm, parts or product will void warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear, or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs or adjustments, corrosion or improper ammunition or failure to perform normal maintenance. Custom machined logos are not guaranteed because each logo is different with intricacies, size and other factors.
RETURN POLICY All unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days. A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on all purchases over $50. There are no returns on custom logo orders or custom machined/fabricated components. Returns must be approved ahead of time by calling 406-752-4253 and speaking with a customer service representative.
